At Ksheeram, we strive to serve you fresh, high-quality ice cream every time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been sold or delivered.

However, if you receive an incorrect order, melted product upon delivery, or any item that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product. We will review your complaint and, if approved, provide a replacement/ refund or store credit for future purchases.
